Mp3Eater: Its a  program written in 'C' which 'eats'
serial Mp3 bit-stream and produces 'Frame-wise' info
for each frame in the Mp3 file. The input to it is any
MP3 file. Two corresponding output files are
produced. One has Frame by Frame data info, the
other has Frame by Frame 'side_info'.
Huffman codes are also printed frame by frame.
